Furniture Return Procedure
  • Contact Bruges Home within 14 days of receiving your order. You may contact us at 215.922.6041 to arrange for return shipment to our store. We will not accept returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • A return pick-up will be scheduled at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method and an assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate a pickup.
  • The item will be picked up and delivered to us for inspection and refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit. Please ensure the item you return is wrapped and well protected.

What is Bruges Homes's return policy?
Bruges Home strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. We aim to provide nothing but the best in quality and service.

Non-Furniture Returns (In-Store and Web General Merchandise Returns)
Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit from our store or gift certificate will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located.

If a customer chooses to alter their merchandise to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the merchandise as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Our stores are also able to facilitate a catalog or web return. The store will call the return into our Catalog Call Center to process the credit and accommodate shipping the merchandise back to our center.


Furniture Returns (In-Store and Web)
Customers are asked to measure their entry ways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.

We will accept returns on furniture in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Outgoing and return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit.

Freight Damage
In the event you receive an item damaged in-transit, contact Bruges Home immediately to arrange return and replacement.

Custom and Special Orders
Custom and special order merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable. These orders require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 24 hours. Changes made to custom and special orders after 24 hours may result in additional charges.

Sale Merchandise
All sale (reduced price) merchandise is final sale.

Can I return online purchases at your stores?
Yes. You can return items ordered online or through our catalog to any Bruges Home store for a refund or exchange. Please remember to bring your packing slip (if you still have it). See our Store Locator for the store nearest you. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll receive a store credit.

Can I return store purchases online?
Since our stores carry so many more items than we do at this time, please return your store purchases to the store where you purchased it, or to the store closest to your home.

How long does my refund take?
Once your item is received and inspected we will issue your refund. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
