STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICES
We ship most orders from Bruges Home, via UPS standard deliver service to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. (Canadian orders please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, see below for further details.) Furniture and other items where noted "Ships from Manufacturer" may take longer and may have additional charges, and if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items. Shipping charges are per delivery address, items that require us to ship separately will not incur additional delivery charges. We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Additional freight charges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on the individual item product detail page and will be added to the standard delivery charges. Additional charges will be applied for AK/HI and U.S. Territory orders. Some items cannot ship to PO Boxes due to size/weight restrictions. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Standard Delivery is free, for rush delivery a $5.00 charge for 2nd Day Service and a $10.00 charge for Next Day Service will apply.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is shipped via curbside delivery service such as UPS Ground to arrive within 2 - 3 weeks unless BH Home Delivery or BH Express Delivery Service is indicated on the product detail page. Rush delivery options are not available for furniture items due to size and weight restrictions.

BH HOME DELIVERY SERVICEM
Furniture orders will arrive in 10 - 12 weeks from receipt of order, unless otherwise noted on the specific item product detail page. Your order will be unpacked, inspected and placed wherever you like. All packing materials will be removed. When ordering your daytime phone number will be required to arrange your delivery appointment. Our delivery terms are all FOB, so we won't charge you until we ship.

BH EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE
BH Express Delivery Service Furniture orders will arrive in 2 -3 weeks from receipt of order in most metropolitan areas. Your order will be unpacked, inspected and placed wherever you like. All packing materials will be removed. When ordering your daytime phone number will be required to arrange your delivery appointment. Our delivery terms are all FOB, so we won't charge you until we ship.

ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES
Most orders ship via Priority Mail. Larger items, particularly our lamps must ship via rush delivery. There are additional delivery charges for these items. Please contact customer service with further questions. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside of the continental U.S., or may incur additional charges.

CANADA
All items are shown in U.S. dollars. We will add a flat 30% charge which will cover shipping, handling and all applicable taxes and fees. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery is not available. We encourage orders for lighting and furniture to be placed through our Canadian stores. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside of the continental U.S., or may incur additional charges. Due to Canadian shipping items we are unable to ship some items to Canada, these items will be noted as such on the specific item product detail page. SALES TAX
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be charged for the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IL, IN*, KS*, LA*, MA*, MD, MI*, MN*, MO, MS*, NC*, NJ, NY*, OK, OH*, PA*, RI, TN*, TX*,UT, VA, WA*, WI *States required tax on the total for merchandise and freight.

PAYMENT METHODS
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover We are currently unable to process gift certificates or store merchandise credits online. Orders may be placed via mail or at retail locations. Please see Customer Service FAQ's for further information.
